Beauty takes time! We will not compromise your hair by rushing. With any Balayage, Colouring or Extension services you should expect 3-6 hours from start to finish depending on hair length, thickness and end goal.

Let’s talk price! ViviD Salon offers each client a thorough consultation and quote prior to each service. Quotes discussed over the phone are a starting point. We provide the final quote on the day of the appointment. There are no refunds!

We’re a team!  A team of professionals will work on your hair throughout the process of your hair service. Our services are unique in that an interdisciplinary team of multiple professionals will work on your hair at different points of the process. We utilize the expertise of various professionals for perfect results.

Snip, Snip, Colour! We recommend with any colouring service that clients book in for a trim to re-create the DV Colour signature glow up. This is to ensure proper hair health and a completed customized look.

We can fix that! Colour corrections can result in multiple sessions. Boxed hair colour (especially black) requires strand testing prior to best assess how your hair will react or lift. This is to ensure healthy, happy hair. With our professional expertise, we may refuse any client situations that we feel cannot handle a chemical service. Your hair integrity is out priority

We care about healthy hair! Because your hair health is a priority, overly porous, damaged hair will not be treated if the DV Colour team feel that it is not a best practice to move forward with a chemical service.

Relax! Dress comfortably and casually – and remember that ViviD Salon is a colour-driven atmosphere. We would not want your personal belongings to be stained or to come into contact with colour. ViviD Salon is not responsible for any stains on personal belongings or lost items.

Don’t worry! Some techniques involve teasing or other methods that may result in mild discomfort. Please know that this is part of the process. If you have questions about any of our techniques, feel free to ask. We love to talk about hair!

Make yourself at home! We suggest that you pack snacks (Due to current government regulations, this is currently not an option), a book, have your phone charger handy and bring your laptop. Many clients catch up on their emails or indulge in a good read during their processing times.
