Policy

We require a Credit Card number to schedule and reserve your appointment for our 48-hour cancellation policy. No deposit or charge will be taken from the Credit Card unless it falls under the 48-hour cancellation policy.

Clients must book under their own name. 

Clients are asked to request for an appointment booking by email or by phone.

Appointments are confirmed by our Salon Coordinators at least 48 hours in advance. You are required to confirm your appointment at least 48 hours prior to the day/time of the service(s) booked. 

Failure to reconfirm your appointment at least 48 hours from the appointment time will result in cancellation of the appointment.

Our ViviD salon coordinators will best accommodate your bookings, inquiries, and general questions through email or phone

Social Media inquiries, comments or direct messages are welcome, though are not accepted as a way to book, confirm, or cancel an appointment.

*48-hour Cancellation Policy: Any booked appointment can be cancelled and/or rescheduled any time prior to 48-hours from the day and time of the appointment. If an appointment is cancelled and/or reschedule less than 48 hours prior to the day and time, you will be subjected to a non-refundable fee of $250 on the Credit Card provided when booking the appointment.
